6 months of Group & Individual Coaching (August 2017- March 2018)
This course is designed to guide you through the transformation you have always wanted. To wake up and feel your best self. To have the support to learn and integrate truly organic teachings and lifestyle choices that perhaps felt out of reach or inaccessible. With the design and community of this course - anything is possible - especially creating a positive relationship to food, to health and to making the right choices on a daily basis! This courses helps you to find the courage and strength to turn your life and your habits into ones of an optimal, thriving, awake life!
24 Weekly Classes
(Virtual for East Coast, Virtual & In-Person for Los Angeles, CA)
Each week we focus on one aspect of wellness: water/hydration, sleep, greens & minerals, whole foods, healthy fats, superfoods, probiotics/fermented foods, optimal nutrition, recipe prep, exercise, movement & meditation, nutritional healing, truly organic body care, self-care, leaky gut, digestion, cleansing/detoxing, Ayurveda, mindful eating, purifying your home, a greener lifestyle & more!
Every weekly focus/intention will have follow up goals to put our teachings into action. There will be support and steps to digest each phase of the course. With a group dynamic you will have the opportunity to ask questions and share your experiences (both highs & lows) with your classmates. Together we will achieve new levels of health & wellbeing!
Each class will also be recorded for later review and convenience.
Tuesdays from 7:30-8:30PM EST
Virtual & in-person classes (LA only): Wednesdays from 8:30-9:30PM PST
Maximum Participants: 8 in each course (to support optimal intimacy and support)
